Before the consultation
In order to keep waiting times as short as possible for all patients, we would like to ask you to make appointments in advance. After you have registered with us, we would like to make it easier for you to prepare for our comprehensive medical history interview and have prepared our medical history forms for you. We will be happy to send you the medical history forms either in advance by email.Other important documents for the first consultation are (if available):
* Vaccination certificate;* Findings of laboratory tests (not older than 6 months);
* Findings from previous diagnostic examinations such as x-rays, colonoscopy, etc...;
* X-ray overview of your teeth;
* Hospital findings;
* List of your regularly taken medications and nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals, etc.);
* for children, please also bring the maternity passport
Appointment service for supplementary examinations
In addition, we offer our patients an appointment service for supplementary examinations. You do not need to worry about anything! We take care of making appointments with specialists and in clinics for you. In addition, we ensure that all important documents are available and consult with the colleagues involved.Emergency service for patients
In case of emergencies, we are of course also available at short notice during our office hours. Should this lead to waiting times, we would like to ask for your understanding.You can reach our emergency service at +49 176 - 8032 2331.
The emergency service can be reached on weekends and during the week after regular office hours.
We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any appointment changes or cancellations.Otherwise we will charge a cancellation fee.
