Holistic Diagnostics

The best methods of integrative medicine for your health.

The goal of our holistic diagnostics is to detect stress and diseases at an early stage. In the case of acute and chronic illnesses, we look for the causes and adjust the therapy accordingly./strong>

Our doctors regularly attend further training courses and exchange information on the basis of their interdisciplinary skills. In this way we offer you the best possible interdisciplinary diagnostics and take sufficient time to discuss the resulting therapy with you in detail.

If necessary, we can refer you to specialist colleagues and therapists from our excellent network. In this way, we can ensure your medical care even beyond the scope of our practice.

We have divided our diagnostic services into three categories:

  • Prevention (early detection/prevention)
  • Clinical diagnostics (conventional medicine diagnostics)
  • Complementary medical diagnostics (naturopathic methods)

Sports medical check-up
Our sports medicine test guides you to the optimal exercise: We determine your individual load limit and set up a training plan tailored to you.

Regular athletic training leads to an increase in general performance. It improves well-being and plays a crucial role in the prevention of degenerative cardiovascular diseases and in strengthening the immune system.

A health-promoting workout should also be fun. Therefore, the workout must be properly dosed. Duration, intensity and frequency should be designed according to the training condition and age. On the one hand, overloading must be avoided, but on the other hand, a stimulus level must be exceeded that allows positive training effects.

The optimal amount of exercise must always be adjusted individually for each patient. An objective parameter for endurance exercise is heart rate. Concrete heart rate specifications should be based on well-founded stress tests. Therefore, we determine your optimal performance with lactate and corresponding heart rate values measured in parallel.

The frequently repeated test checks then verify the development of your increased performance level and ensure the quality of the training plan.
