The retreat combines the tranquility and regenerative effects of the Black Forest with the latest findings from mental health research and regenerative medicine. Developed by an interdisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, and coaches, it offers participants a scientifically sound yet deeply personal experience for body, mind, and soul.

Mental coaching with heart, knowledge, and intuition
My name is Katerina Belinova and as a mental coaching therapist, I help people regain their strength, find clarity, and go through life with ease.
My mental coaching combines modern psychology with a deep understanding of the body, mind, and energy, creating space for change to happen gently, sustainably, and holistically.
My path
From an early age, I was fascinated by how closely the body and soul are connected. That's why I studied psychology—with a focus on health, occupational, and organizational psychology—and sports science, with a focus on sports medicine and sports medicine performance diagnostics.
This combination allows me to see people holistically: mentally, emotionally, and physically.
How I work
I believe that every person already has everything they need for healing, clarity, and growth. My coaching helps them rediscover these strengths.
I work with scientifically based tools such as the LINC Personality Profiler, which reveals potential and supports personal development—in your career, in leadership, in everyday life, or in sports. In my work, psychological, body-oriented, and energetic methods come together to form a coherent overall concept. For example, I use elements of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and EMDR trauma therapy to process stressful experiences or promote mental strength. Mindfulness and
Relaxation techniques such as meditation, autogenic training, trance and hypnotherapy open up paths to calmness, inner stability and new life energy and support access to unconscious resources. I use gentle methods such as Reiki, craniosacral mandibular technique, and elements of yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. These combine movement, breathing, and energy work and help to strengthen body awareness and mental presence. Elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture, and classical homeopathy round out my approach to supporting health and personal development on an energetic level as well.

My path
My approach to energy and consciousness work has developed through a deep inner journey of personal growth—shaped by my own health challenges, intensive training in naturopathy, and many years of experience working with energy fields and levels of consciousness. I work with a comprehensive understanding of bodily processes, nervous system regulation, and psychosomatic connections—and with a mediumistic perception that enables me to grasp the invisible behind symptoms, patterns, and phases of life.
How I work
I work without pressure, without dogma, and without promises—instead, with clarity, mindfulness, and a deep presence in what arises. I trust that every person possesses an inner intelligence that reveals itself as soon as the space for it is held.

My journey
My professional and personal journey has taken me through various countries and cultures – from Siberia to St. Petersburg and Paris to Germany. This diversity of living environments has sharpened my awareness of the subtle nuances of human experience – the different ways in which people feel, love, struggle, and grow. Today, this understanding flows into my work and enables me to accompany people with great sensitivity and foresight – across cultural, emotional, and linguistic boundaries.
After completing my in-depth training in psychotherapeutic, systemic, and hypnotherapeutic methods, as well as in trauma-informed approaches—in particular NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model)—I developed my own integrative approach that combines depth, awareness, and mindfulness. My approach is characterized by a deep respect for the inner intelligence of the human system. I accompany people in restoring their connection to themselves, their bodies, and their inner vitality—with clarity, compassion, and a precise understanding of the dynamics of development, relationships, and healing.
Today, I work in English, German, French, and Russian with clients from all over the world—in the Black Forest, in Baden-Baden, and online. Many of my clients are not looking for quick fixes, but for profound inner clarity, awareness, presence, and an authentic, harmonious life.
How I work
My work combines psychotherapeutic precision and empathetic presence. I use methods that enable old survival structures to be recognized and transformed into new self-regulation—with systemic clarity and a trauma-sensitive, physically anchored perspective. The focus is not on the problem, but on the living relationship to one's own experience—the quiet, healing space in which integration can take place.
My approach
I believe that healing and growth begin when we stop trying to change ourselves and start seeing ourselves as we truly are. When we encounter our deepest selves—beyond roles, concepts, and judgments—transformation and sometimes quiet miracles occur.
I see my task as accompanying people on this path – with clarity, compassion, and a deep trust in their own ability to heal and find inner order. My accompaniment is an invitation to encounter oneself with mindfulness, dignity, and curiosity.
The goal is not an ideal, but an embodied, deeply felt arrival in one's own being.
